Wardrobe Edits

I've recently been scouring J.Crew's spring offerings. They are oh-so fabulous, and oh-so expensive (at least for this gal who earns a teaching salary). Here are two items in particular that I've drooled/lusted over and their less expensive spirit animals.

J.CREW COLLECTION CHIFFON FRINGE SWEATER

So great, right? It's on sale for $169 (the original price is $228).
Too much for a sweater, even on sale, especially in the Texas "spring."


So here's a top that's pretty similar for much less:
BB Dakota Women's Samuela Lace Hem Long Sleeve Crop Top

I found this one on Amazon for $62. That's pretty good, right?  The black lace adds a similar element to the chiffon "feathers," for so much less.


The next item is a really lovely costume collar necklace: the Glacier Necklace, listed at $125. 

I couldn't find an exact match, but Bauble Bar has two pretty great options:
